The OBJECTIVE of this overall program
To provide information to “students” that will give them the confidence in addressing consumers’ energy concerns of today and ways to offer solutions to those concerns. Some modules will be offered as “stand alone” while other modules will be a series of presentations that should be taken as prerequisites before proceeding to the next module.
Anticipated Audience for this program
This program is designed for the non-technical HVAC sales person who needs just enough technical information so they can become more than just an order taker and become a Home Comfort Specialist who is comfortable listening and addressing his customer’s energy needs.
Customer Service professionals and technicians will also benefit from this program.
Proposed Length of time to receive a Certificate of Completion for this program:
Overall length of time is 4-5 full days over an 18 month period. Classes will be delivered in a classroom setting, online and at our convention.
The costs will be modest for this professional development program.
We will use a variety of instructors to include those that are very talented in their areas.
