Bob began his career as an entry-level service technician with a local burner service company. Prior to owning his own business, he served as General Manager of a small retail fuel oil dealer. Since 1988, Bob has been President of Technical Heating, where he has specialized in the sales, installation, and service of high-efficiency heating systems.
Bob serves as the Education Director for the National Oilheat Research Alliance (NORA), where he oversees the development of technician training and certification programs. He is also the Chair of the Building Performance Institute (BPI) Technical Standards Committee and serves as a member of the NFPA 31 Technical Committee, helping to develop standards for the installation of oil-burning equipment.
In addition, Bob is President of the Organization of Energy and Service Professionals (OESP) and serves on the association's Education Committee. He holds NATE certification along with NORA Gold and NORA Tank certifications.

Scott began his career in the energy industry in 1985. During his 33 years with Harriett's Energy, he worked in installation and service before becoming Service Manager. He currently serves as an HVAC Technical Support Specialist and Trainer for F.W. Webb.
Scott is the immediate Past President of OESP. He is also actively involved with NORA and Oil Heat Cares.

Bob began his career in the fuel oil industry in 1988 as a fuel oil driver and truck mechanic with Ski Petroleum in Mahopac, New York. In 1991, he co-founded Heritage Fuel with his brother Ted in Croton Falls, New York, and later established Heritage Propane in 2006.
After the merger of Heritage Fuel & Heritage Propane with Durkin Propane and Carmel Terminals in 2024, Bob retired in 2026 following nearly four decades in the industry. He has been an active member of the Croton Falls Fire Department for 44 years and has served as a Fire Commissioner for 25 years.
Bob has been actively involved with OESP. In addition to his role as an OESP Vice President, he currently serves as Education Committee chairman of the Board. He is also the Westchester Chapter treasurer and previous President and Vice President.

George began his profession as a technician in 1984. He currently serves as Corporate Asset Manager at Santoro Oil Co., where he takes on a variety of responsibilities within the company.
Throughout his career, he has earned numerous licenses and certifications, including RI Master Pipefitter, Master Electrician, Oil Burner Contractor, MA Oil Burner Technician, Master Sheet Metal, Universal Refrigeration, and the NORA Gold Certificate.
He is an OESP Vice President, as well as Chairman of the Membership Committee and the Annual Dave Nelsen Scholarship Golf Outing.

Rick has been a dedicated member of OESP, serving on the Board of Directors for more than 30 years. He spent 29 years with Automatic TLC in East Hartford, Connecticut, one of the state's largest retail fuel oil dealers, including 11 years as Service Manager.
Rick later transitioned to the manufacturer’s representative side of the industry, spending 21 years with JAD Associates before joining EDOS Manufacturers' Reps in November 2023. He has also been actively involved in workforce development, serving on the School Board at Entech Advanced Energy Technical School in Cromwell, Connecticut, and previously as a School Advisory Board Member at Bristol Tech.
Rick can often be found helping out in the OESP Hospitality Room, where he enjoys socializing, tending bar, and serving food. Rick is an OESP Vice President and Secretary for both the CT Valley and New Haven chapters.

Justin has more than 20 years of experience in the chimney industry. He is the owner and president of Guaranteed Home Heating Chimney Company, which services four states, including locations in Long Island, NY; Killingly, CT; and Saugerties, NY, helping keep homeowners safe.
Justin is an OESP Vice President. He also serves as President of the Long Island and Westchester Chapters and previously served as Vice President of the NYC Chapter. Justin also serves on the Board of Directors for Oil Heat Cares.
